Either your mobile data is switched off or your token is not connected to a PC or a mobile.
If you are using xorkee app on the PC, it might have gone into a sleep mode to avoid insecure exposure. You can wake it up by clicking on the xorkee tray icon or plugging out your token and plugging it in again.
Mistyped handle can cause several spurious errors to be reported here. Check the spelling of your handle.
